Production and quality tracking

CNC+ Atölye ("atölye" means workshop in Turkish) is shop management software that works together with CNC+. It brings work orders, stock, quality records and part traceability onto one screen.

It was designed for shops that produce for sectors where traceability is mandatory, such as defence and aerospace. Unlike heavy ERP systems, it is built to run on a single shop-floor computer with a simple interface. It is currently in the pilot phase.

What CNC+ Atölye does

Work orders

Open work orders and follow operations and status step by step; see at a glance where every job is.

Stock

Material and consumable movements are recorded; material reserved for a job is linked to its work order.

Quality records

Measurement and inspection results are stored against the work order; designed to work with CNC+ inspection plans.

Traceability

Trace back which material a part was made from, on which machine and by whom.

Quick sign-in

On the shop-floor screen, operators pick their name and sign in with a PIN, then start and finish jobs with a few taps.

Runs locally

Designed to run on a computer in the shop without setting up a server.

The problem CNC+ Atölye solves

In many shops, work orders live on paper, stock in a spreadsheet and quality records in yet another folder. When a customer asks which material a part was made from and who machined it, finding the answer takes hours, and in sectors such as defence and aerospace this information is a contractual requirement.

CNC+ Atölye brings all of this onto one screen. It is designed to run on a single computer in the shop, without the installation and training burden of big ERP systems. Operators pick their name and sign in with a PIN; job, material and measurement records are kept linked to each other.

How it works

  1. 01

    Open the work order

Turn the order into a work order and assign material and operations.

  2. 02

    Track production

Operators sign in under their own name, start and finish the job; status updates instantly.

  3. 03

    Record quality

Save measurement and inspection results against the work order.

  4. 04

    Trace back

When needed, follow the full history of a part from material to delivery.

Who it’s for

For shops that want to bring order to production tracking that still runs on paper and spreadsheets.
